Georgia Senate race: Live updates and results in election between Raphael Warnock, Herschel Walker Democrat Raphael Warnock defeats Republican Herschel Walker in Georgia Senate runoff Incumbent Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock has defeated GOP nominee Herschel Walker in the Georgia Senate runoff election, according to a projection made by The Associated Press. Warnock -- who has served as senior pastor of Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church since 2005 -- defeated Walker in Tuesday’s runoff election after he was forced into a runoff election following the November 8 general election. In the general election, Warnock, who has served in the Senate since 2021, garnered 49.43% of the vote. Walker earned slightly less at 48.5%. Now what you have described is called politics and both sides use that method to stimulate the voters and lets face it Steve, Walker had some very INTERESTING sound bites to be played over and over again to make sure the voter get out and vote to make sure WALKER is the loser and this time it worked.
Also some blame fall at the hand of Donald J. Trump for not bringing someone that has some training in the flied of politics but Trump brings to Georgia basically a man off the street, with no clue of what a senator is.
You know, the sad part about all of that is, you thought WALKER was going to win. (LAUGHING OUT LOUD)

You do remember I predicted that you boy Republican Herschel Walker would LOSE because he showed The People of Georgia that he was Mentally ill, prone to violence towards the people he told them he loved and he don't have any idea of the world of politics.
Now on the other hand Senator Raphael Warnock has two years of experience and introduce the bill to lower insulin costs for over 1 million Georgia patients, or more than 12% of state’s adult population, living with diabetes to $35 out of pocket cost.
Senator Reverend Warnock: “I’ve long been focused on strengthening access to affordable health care and lowering costs for Georgians, and that’s why I am proud to lead the effort in the Senate to cap patients’ out-of-pocket costs for insulin. Georgians should never have to choose between paying for life’s basic essentials or life-preserving medicines”
Why should the people of Georgia give up a leader like Senator Reverend Raphael Gamaliel Warnock?

I've had diabetes for 20 years Ron. I have insurance for my insulin, and if I don't I can get it from Walmart for $25 and have been able to for years and years. Biden and Warnock did nothing to improve the situation for 99.99 percent of diabetics. What a joke and you swallow it hook line and sinker, because you are so ignorant and gullible.

In August 2022, the Senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act, which included two proposals by Warnock: a $2,000 annual limit on prescription drug costs for seniors on Medicare, and a $35 monthly limit on insulin costs for people on Medicare. Republican lawmakers removed a third proposal by Warnock that would have imposed a $35 monthly limit on out-of-pocket insulin costs for people on private insurance.
The cost of insulin has steadily increased over the past few years. This price rise is disproportionate to annual inflation. It poses a threat to people living with diabetes who cannot afford to pay for these increased prices but need insulin to survive. The retail price for insulin can be over $140 for a brand-name Humalog KwikPen.
Now a person with diabetes will be paying $35. Now that is what I call working for the people, Steve.

Steve, didn't you know that The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), the world's largest supply of emergency crude oil was established primarily to reduce the impact of disruptions in supplies of petroleum products and to carry out obligations of the United States under the international energy program and that is exactly what happened.
