“I’m going to be honest with you about the stop itself. What was said was there was witnessing of what was considered reckless driving,” police chief Cerelyn Davis told CNN on Friday. “We’ve looked at cameras. We’ve looked at body worn cameras. Even if something occurred prior to this stop, we’ve been unable to substantiate it.”
In other words, Steve, police chief Cerelyn Davis don't even know why or can prove the police claim report but was caught on tape is enough to send those cops to jail.

MY REPLY: Keep in mind, it was the police on Friday, said that an investigation concluded there had been an "excessive use of force" by officers.
It said Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmitt Martin III, Desmond Mills, Jr., and Justin Smith had their employment terminated after violating "multiple department policies" during their interaction with Nichols.
In this case Mr. Robert Powell, the police was very unprofessional in this case.
To this date Mr. Robert Powell, can you tell us what did Mr. Tyre Nichols do in the first place to cause his death?

What I know about this case is what the News Media have focused on Now if the Commander of that team can’t find the evidence of reckless driving on any body cam at the scene of the crime, that means no evidence of that was taken. So where do the police stand now they got a dead body on their hands.
Steve, in this case, was there any evidence of drugs involved? Was there any gangs mentioned In this case? The only thing I saw 👀 was the police kicking a down suspect in the face. That was truly not professional at all and you know that.

The actions taken by The commander was based on evidence she saw at the time was the reason why the police pulled over Mr. Tyre Nichols in the first place. Then came the beatings and then the pepper spraying and then the electric gun, after that Mr. Tyre ran for his life, trying to get home.
To this day, the police report video don't show any footage of a reckless driver. Now what the video shows is how the police did not follow police protocol.
Now gentleman if you have any evidence of why Mr. Tyre Nichols should have been beat to death for a traffic violation by those police, I would like to see it NOW!!!

I don't think Nichols was pulled over for reckless driving either, and neither does the police chief Ron. By the time it comes out WHY he was pulled over, you will have long, long since, forgotten all about Tyre Nichols. He was already forgotten today, before he was even laid to rest.

Well then you don't know the facts to this beating death of Mr. Tyre Nichols, correct. You can forget that so-called police report because we the public saw what happen from a different viewpoint, and we saw what the police did to a handcuffed man. One police kicked Mr. Tyre Nichols in the face while he was on the ground, handcuffed.
At this point the police did not find any weapons, drugs or that report of reckless driving, all of it was concocted.
The question is, why was Mr. Tyre Nichols beaten to death by the police?

In this video at Two Minutes 30 seconds is when Mr. Tyre Nichols was handcuffed and he was on the ground, when this COP came and kicked Mr. Tyre Nichols in the face. Steve, do you believe that move was police protocol?

WOW!!! I just saw a news report that looks like that rumor may have some truth to it!
Demetrius Haley stood over Mr Nichols as he lay propped against a police car and took the images, which he sent to other officers and a female acquaintance, according to documents released by the Tennessee Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission.
Why would a so-called professional Police Officer send a female acquaintance those brutal images of a person she does not know? Was that cop sending the female acquaintance a message?
Or
Did she know the person in the photo's and that Cop knew him too?

Wouldn't be interested if that rumor has some truth to it and the reason why those photo's was to send a message to that female acquaintance, maybe she knew Mr. Nichols and that Cap wanted her to see how he is looking then.
