Sharpton's message to 5 Black officers accused of killing Tyre Nichols: 'How dare you!' Story by David Knowles In his eulogy for Tyre Nichols on Wednesday, the Rev. Al Sharpton singled out the five Black Memphis police officers indicted for their roles in Nichols's death. Noting that the alleged crimes took place not far from the Lorraine Motel, where Martin Luther King Jr. was murdered on April 4, 1968, while waging a protest campaign to try to ensure the safety of Black workers in the city, Sharpton drew a line connecting the legacy of the slain civil rights hero to the killing of Nichols. It was disgraceful, turning this young man's celebration of life into an ignorant tirade against these officers. Accusing them of not being true coloreds. Disgraceful Ron.

Can’t you understand the reason why going to the celebration was relevant? Don’t you understand the pain of losing a son or daughter or child by the hands of law enforcement, people you thought you could trust, would beat a persons child to death, for what?
Steve, do you know why Mr. Tyre Nichols Was beat to death by the police?

So you don't know why and you also know that the Memphis police was the bad guys in this case.
"There's nothing more insulting and offensive to those of us that fight to open doors that you walk through those doors and act like the folks we had to fight for to get you through them doors," Sharpton added. "You didn’t get on the police department by yourself. The police chief didn’t get there by herself. People had to march and go to jail and some lost their lives to open the doors for you and how dare you act like that sacrifice was for nothing!”
I don't think you know the meaning to those words unless you lived it.

I know the meaning of those words Ron. I understand why blacks feel like they need to hang tgether. Sharpton is a rabble-rouser that preys on those feelings in the hearts of the multitude of blacks that harbor them.

If you know the meaning of those words then and understand that Brother Rev. Al, was talking directly to those five police officers who beat to death and then tried to LIE about what led up to Mr. Tyre Nichol's death.

I think those 5 cops were just following orders Ron. You should be going after the ringleader. I also think Sharpton should be jailed.

Five Cops was FIRED on the spot by their commander, when they presented their side of the story report of the treatment and later the death of Mr. Tyre Nichol, that should tell you alot about those five cops following police protocol in that case.
