The Income Opportunity That Empowers The Black Community: Did you know there was an income opportunity that empowers the Black Community? TAG TEAM Marketing International, Inc. is a 100% Black-owned and operated marketing company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada with operations in Atlanta, Georgia (with a membership of over 21,000 positive Black people, in over 70 countries.) TAG TEAM Marketing International is leading the growth and development of the Black Distribution industry and has incorporated an economic empowerment unit into the heart of its’ three tiered program.
Are you one of the millions of Black people who WANT to buy from their own people, but find it hard to locate Black businesses with quality products?
By connecting Black consumers with Black business owners, Marketers are instilling pride in consumers, empowering Black businesses, creating wealth for their families, and empowering therer community. Isn’t it time we went back to our “roots”, back into the heart of our communities and back to buying from Black Businesses? This concept is not new at all. If you are not old enough to remember how even the poorest Black neighborhoods had the Black grocer, dry cleaner, hat maker, seamstress, you name it…all of our everyday needs (or the majority of them) were products/services we had to get from a vendor in our neighborhood. That money circulated around our community numerous times before it left our neighborhood.
Then came the strip malls, community malls, mega malls, big box stores and we just had to go and spend our money there so we could keep up with the Joneses, the Smiths, the Browns and buy the so called “name brands”. Well let me tell you I don’t own a designer bag, shoes, coat (but maybe I did buy a pair of Jordache Jeans back in the day …smile.) The reason the I didn’t make those high end purchases was because, I just didn’t get why I would want to blatantly promote someone else’s name on every article of clothing I was going to wear. So my question at this point is…were we better off before desegregation when we had to buy from the Black vendors, and kept the majority of our dollars in our communities? And were we better off when we had a neighbor that we could borrow a cup of sugar from or to watch our kids while they were outside? Do you know the name of your next door neighbor? Do you know where the Black retailers or service providers are in your community now?
I just wanted to let people know why I love being a member of the Black Star Business Opportunity. Not only do I sell quality products and services that are made by Black-owned businesses (members of the Black Business Network). These products are listed for sale in the Buy Black Today online store and sold at live Buy Black Today Events. By connecting Black consumers with Black business owners, I am instilling pride in consumers, empowering Black businesses, creating wealth for my family, having a whole lot of fun, and empowering communities across this country and beyond. The more successful I become, the more successful the entire Black community becomes, because the dollars re-circulates with a Black person about 15 times on each purchase at the Buy Black Today Store or live events.
Marketers receive a powerful starter kit as well as ongoing access to valuable support, online tools, training and more. Black Star provides extensive training (at no extra cost and admission to all Black Business Seminars are included with Frontline Marketer membership.) Every Marketer, regardless of location, can learn how to build a successful business, and receive the ongoing, loving support necessary to do so.
The Black Star Business Opportunity is for positive, Black people who are committed to uplifting the Black community. (What other company have you ever heard of with that requirement? ) I consider it my other family. Upon attending events in Atlanta, my husband and I (as well as every other attendee) were greeted at the door with a warm welcome and a big hug. Not a week goes by that a brother or sister Marketer doesn’t communicate with me (from Atlanta, Texas, Virginia, Missouri or where ever) checking in on me, encouraging me, applauding my efforts, telling me that I am a Champion, a Winner and that I can achieve my goals. For more information on how to become apart of this Black economic empowerment movement, that just happens to offer a very lucrative and rewarding income opportunity…
