In spite of what most people believe, confident women doubt themselves and their capability to do things. Being confident doesn't always mean that you won't have moments in life where you have self doubting feelings or thoughts. You will. Doubt, concern and uneasy feelings are real and they happen to exist whether you're confident or not.
Confident women spend time focusing on what they can do, not what they can't do.
They put their energy into things they can control and check the negativity at the door.
Confident women understand that giving in to negative thoughts and ideas gives those thoughts power to take over and eventually control their life. They instead give power to the positive aspects of their lives therefore giving the energy to what is great in an effort to remain their confident selves.
