Currently, I and supporters of my sister April Griffin are working on gathering hopefully thousands of signatures to petition the federal government to intervene in the illegal and false imprisonment of rape and domestic violence victim April Griffin and the 'selling' of her son in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
Under the Uniform Parentage Act mothers are the sole and legal guardian of children born out of wed-lock; but in April Griffin's case, her infant son who was conceived as a result of date rape, and abused in the womb, as the father a Ugandian immigrant on numerous occasions beat April in an attempt to cause serious harm that could of resulting in the death of both of them. This man offered the court system money to take the infant to Africa, and the constituional rights of April and her baby Jesse went out the window. bcause April refused to give her address to this man who coimmitted these acts against April and her son, the judge had her arrested in his court room-a PATERNITY civil hearing, and April was confined for over 9 months without being afforded a bai, given notice of a charge, no attorney, no trial, she was relweased, unfortantly on September 26, 2008, the Milwuakee police in plain clothes and without a warrant and without permission ot enter April's home, beat April in her face and head, pepper-sprayed her and her son, tazed April with stun guns, and subsequently paralzed her temporairly, and while pulling her infant son as if he was a rag doll, broke numerous of her sons bones. The police committed terrpist acts and by legal definition, kidnapped her son-the whereabouts of her son, are unknon to this date, although we believe he is in danger and may be in the unlawful custody of the Ugandian who may r may not have left the country with this baby. President Barack Obama first executive order, include suspendidng the trials of the detainnees at Guatamo Bay. He believes in the rules and the rights of people. Please, help me bring attention of this urgent matter to our Comander in Chief. He has signed the executive order in ehtics. Our President respects the rights of those aboard, surely he will adhere to the rights of his citizens. Please support our petition. Please leave a message on this site stating you support the petition by stating I urge President Barack Obama to suspend the trial against April Griffin, and for a federal investigation into the unlawful acts perpetrated against April and her infant Jesse. please tell your friends, family love ones. This is a government of laws and not of men- he is the commander in chief, and the constitution is the supreme law, Barack just shut down Guantanamo Bay as well as suspended court proceedings, when state and federal are in conflict-state must yield to federal -please everyone who dares to care-please support this petition-e are the people-April needs all the help as possible-thank you!
