Diversity Training. Does it Really work??

I believe most racism is a deep physcological social disease that is many times breed into some and others it is taught from home training. What diversity training seeks to do is teach people to work with people whom their upbringing or social concepts have demeaned such persons are inferior or immoral. Divesity training falls short of completing it's goal because it relies the racist person conscious when many racist don't have a conscious at all.

I choose enforcement because it punishes these ill minded and immoral racists and puts them in their place. But divesity is preferred over enforcement because the powers in high places don't want to be too hard on the racist whom are actually carrying our their desire which is divide and conquest of the poor.

Diversity training is a bunch of 'hogwash'. People should respect other's differences without ever having to go to a class. Kindergarten kids learn this stuff in the sandbox at recess.

Leah X, this reminds me of the saying about how insanity is doing the same thing oven and over again and expecting a different out come.

Some people learn better by just one good old fashioned AZZ kicking...It also reminds me of something I read in Ann Landers years ago. The message was people can not abuse us without our permission for them to do this...

Please just run this around in your mind for a little while. You are such a strong woman and such a gental lady until I am sure that you make a person like this feel very insecure.I say this because when a person find out that they can not push your buttons and get you going , they tend to soon find you not so much fun to come after to get a violent reaction...and, this is very demeaning to this kind of person's super ego trips...(smile)

Just giving them a beautiful smile really does this type of person in as it confuses them....WORKS FOR ME EVERY TIME...good luck...

A lot of people have things, people, places that has made a major change in their lives for the better...for me it was a class in Philosophy called Critical Thinking( a class on making a logical argument)

It is my personal belief that we depend on subjective arguments not logic...a process that always leads to the ONE P MAN SHIP of mine is better then yours conclusions...which always end up in division and never in unity...
