Federal monies sent to urban areas are not reaching the folks who need it most, In most cases Federal Funds sent to urban cities go to out side contractors who live in suburbans cities and that's where they spend their money. Most of the Contractors are in back room deals to get these contracts. This is a proven fact... There is a not a push to put Black America back to work. Those who have the power are serving their own interest Black America is not in their radar.
