The documents provide the first account of Gray's arrest last week during which time he was critically injured and later died. The case has sparked outrage and police have said little about the circumstances, saying the case was under investigation.

The account is provided in charging documents filed in District Court, where officer Garrett Miller wrote that Gray was stopped because he "fled unprovoked upon noticing police presence." When Gray, 25, was stopped, they found a knife clipped to the inside of his front pants pocket and placed him under arrest.

I'm really saddened by the events that led up to Freddie's death. I wish it were not so, but it is what it is. I wish that song by Michael Jackson was factual when he say it doesn't matter whether one is Black or White. It matters so much so that we have to protest with signs that say "Black Lives Matter, too!"

My heart aches to think that one more mother has lost her child over some "ish"; furthermore, in 2015 why is this stuff still happening? Why do the Police feel they don't have answer or be accountable for their actions? Perhaps it's a sort of backlash by Police force that can't openly say they resent having President Obama as the leader in chief so they decide to direct their disdain to African American communities that they are suppose to serve and protect. Of course, We know this stuff has always been occurring, but it's like Our ppl have suddenly felt empowered and awakened from slumber and apathy to voice unfair treatment. I've always known Black lives matter, but perhaps other Black ppl Now know this fact, too.

Dear God,

Freddie's blood cries out for Justice, not the kind in the sweet by and by, but the kind in The Here & Now! Do it expeditiously with no acquittals for those who are to be held accountable for their actions whether knowingly or unknowingly that they hurt not another mother's child, in Jesus Name...Amen!

HEAR, HEAR, Sister Jeni Fa!

This Pain Will Never Heal or Be Forgotten!

I have family in 'Baltimore!' I've known of the hatred betwixt 'Black and White - The People and The Police!' ...It's been brewing for a long-long time in that city, as in many cities throughout the country. I worry for them...as I worry for my sons, grandsons, and granddaughters...and the many other at-risk families everywhere!

This humble yet angry soul completely agrees with your statements... JUSTICE NOW AND FOREVER!

in Peace and Love,

Greg.

Sister Jeni Fa,

When reading these heartfelt words of yours, I could not help but to feel your sorrow and sadness for the death of Brother Freddie Grey but his purpose in life was for him to die this way and others so, the rest of us will wake up and live. How many of us must die by the hands of the police before Black lives matter.

I see that you made mentioned of Michael Jackson song Black or White, with that said, it seems that Black lives don’t matter, not one of those high profiled cases of police abuse have led to a conviction. What really is sad, is after local, state or national elections, how many of us both young and old, stayed home and did not vote because so many of us have drank the Kool-Aid, to believe and went back to sleep, thinking that our vote won’t count, Sister Jeni Fa, this is the result. It is our turn to TEACH the Good News, write the good news, Share the Good News and practice The Good News and not say silent any more. Your words are powerful and encouraging and that prayer was awesome.

You asked “why is this stuff still happening? Because, more of us, as a people are turning our backs to The Most High, not hearing his voice or keeping his commandments seeking after false prophets, false images and false gods. Also, we have dropped the ball, the dream of the 1965 Civil Rights Voting Act. We stood together to elect a President twice but when he needed help in The House and The Senate, we did not come out to help him, we let him stand alone and this too, is the results. Yes, Black Lives do matter but we have not seen nothing yet, The Supreme Court lies in the balance if we don’t get out and vote.

@Bro Gregory,

How can ppl choose to raise their children where they fill victimized? If ppl leave whole countries to seek out safety and refuge in other countries at no fear if death (Libyans-Africans died in capsizing accident), why can't ppl move to a different city? If I don't feel comfortable, I'd move. It's just that simple.
