Robert, From Gold finger in Mission one to Sky fall in Mission 6 was all about fighting against the Oligarch's who wanted to overthrow the world as they flaunt enormous wealth and did not give a damn about the poor or the middle classes.

You do remember the boats, the cars, the plains, the weapons, the Headquarters, laboratories and the fortresses that the Oligarch's had, once they control the world.
