So glad that nobody was killed this time. The cops barely know how to deal with the general public, and know nothing when dealing with the mentally ill. The man is sitting in the street with a toy truck, you would think that they might believe that something could be wrong with him.

I'm wondering how did the patient get away from his caretakers and able to sit in the middle of the street? The group home has to do better. So much more could have gone wrong. So happy that it didn't.

This is the LIE that the authorities want to put before the public, when in time, they will let this police officer off the hook for this bad shooting of a unarmed black man as he layed on his back with his hands in the air. This man was on the ground, with nothing in his hands, talking to the police, telling them who he was and he still got shot by the police.

Will we hear the words "JUSTIFIABLE" coming from investigation report?

So at the slip of the moment this police department was trained to shot Black people as targets.

WHAT WOULD THE POLICE HAVE THEIR GUNS OUT READY TO FIRE ON A BLACK MAN WHO IS LAYING ON HIS BACK, WITH HIS HANDS IN COMPLIANCE WITH POLICE ORDER, IN THE FIRST PLACE?
