I understand because Libertarianism is a failed policy and will not work for the poor and will eliminate the middle classes all together.

Libertarians never had a chance because our country is infested with Liberals.

I hope more Republican vote libertarian in this election.

There will be more Libertarians who vote Republican.

Ok! we will see Gary Johnson on the debate floor as Trumps numbers continue to fall according to some polls which are just a snapshots in time.

I hope we do see him on the debate floor, but I think the pollsters will prevent it. What if Gary Johnson actually won? What a victory for liberty!

That's why Libertarians will vote for Trump.

Why? Trump don't reflect many of the values of Libertarians. He don't want to legalized POT, Prostitution or Freedom to choose your life mate, so, why go to Trump and Pence?

Remember, Gary Johnson don't like Trump, Didn't Johnson call Trump something soft and wet?

If anything, Republicans will come to vote for Johnson.

Go to Trump and Pence because Hillary will do her best to destroy Libertarian values. Johnson can't stop her but Trump can.

With that said, let us focus our attention on the content of this blog. I guess I stopped being surprised many years ago that some people just never outgrow their fascination with this utopian scheme that has a huge blind spot to the major part of reality.

In my youth, I subscribed to this system of discredited ideas:  Selfishness is good, government is bad. Take what you want, when you want and however you can.  Poor people deserve what they get, and the smartest, hardworking people always win.  So get yours before someone else does.  I read the books by Charles Murray and have an autographed copy of Ron Paul’s “The Revolution.” The thread that links all the disparate books and ideas is that they fail in practice.  Eliminate all taxes, privatize everything, load a country up with guns and oppose all public expenditures, you end up with a country like Honduras.
