Has Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said anything to the people of The United States since he has taken office?

The Trump Camp wants to CUT THE State Department budget by some 37% to weaken that office, WHY??

Now this is something that already come to light. What you need to ask yourself, all you Trump supporters is WHY IS TRUMP BLINDING THAR OFFICE? WHY? Is this in the best interest to The United States of America?
