I'd be surprised if Trump did not keep in touch with Flynn. Flynn was a key surrogate and has not been charged with anything.

Flynn is under investigation now, if Trump was-is innocent, why would he be in contact with Flynn as the evidence builds up against him. I really looks bad for Flynn.

I haven't seen any evidence against Flynn. I haven't heard the FBI name Flynn.
