It was Obama that created the Paris Climate Hoax. He went full scale on weather engineering to pull off this hoax. A very dangerous move for the planet.

You will not see weather modification mentioned anywhere in the Paris Agreement. Climate change CANNOT POSSIBLY BE PROPERLY ADDRESSED WHILE IGNORING WEATHER ENGINEERING.

The whole world thinks so as Trump joins two other third world counties who don't think so. WOW!!!

He won't be around for a second term anyway. But on Friday, a day after Mr. Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris climate change accord, the White House refused to say whether the president still considers climate change a hoax. Sounds like another FLIP FLOP in the making.

That's right Ron, he did not say. He's the President and has Presidential responsibilities now.

Trump offered no opportunity for anyone to ask him that on Friday. But his current views, whatever they may be, presumably shaped his thinking as he evaluated whether to remain in the Paris accord. Given that he promised on Thursday to seek to re-enter the pact on better terms or negotiate an entirely new deal that he said would be fairer to the United States, his acceptance or denial of climate science seems likely to determine his approach.

Carbon emissions is a red herring. What is needed is a treaty constraining weather engineering.

Well that is Trump project now. Instead of giving tax breaks to the wealthy and cutting the safety net for the poor, tell Trump and his boys to pull the plug on a little-known, yet critically important U.S. military defense project called HAARP, if you think Carbon emissions is a joke.

I didn't say carbon emissions is a joke. I don't think it's a joke. If you watched the two videos I last posted on my weather engineering blog, you would understand that messing with hurricanes is a much bigger danger.

Now what Trump have the power to do is totally cut green house gases that causes global warming, we must be in this, since we are the second largest polluter to China in the world.

Any international treaty needs to address both unintentional effects AND intentional effects on the climate. The easiest thing to change is the intentional effects.

You have not addressed your comment of "Carbon emissions is a red herring, that you brought up." Also you have not addressed that HAARP program, is in the hands of Trump now and he has the power to shut that program down, if in FACT you want to go down that road of HAARP! WELL DO YOU?
