Qatar, aren't they the ones their Arab neighbors say are supporting terrorism?

Actually Qatar It a allie to the United States where we have a airbase there to fight terrorism. Now since we got an air base in Qatar what is that saying to you?

The larges military base anywhere in the Arab countries. Do you really want to guess how that happened ?

This is the story I was thinking of. Just wanted to make sure before I watched Joy. She is yucky.

BEIRUT, Lebanon — For years, the tiny, energy-rich country of Qatar has carved out a niche in the Arab world by trying to be everything to everyone. It housed an American military base and flooded the region’s airwaves with its influential media, all while keeping close ties to Iran and a wide selection of Islamist movements.

On Monday, five countries in the region announced that they were forcing Qatar to choose: Its powerful neighbor Saudi Arabia, Egypt and at least three other Arab nations severed all ties with the country, escalating their accusations that the Qatari monarchy supported Sunni Islamist terrorism and Iranian designs on the region.

Those Arab nations not only abruptly suspended diplomatic relations, as they have in the past, but also surprised many by cutting off land, air and sea travel to and from Qatar. All but Egypt, which has 250,000 people working there, ordered their citizens to leave Qatar.

I don't see anything significant here except now I know to look for Trump's comments on Friday, since I haven't been able to follow the news since last Sunday. Thanks for the heads up Ron.

I watched your Joy Reid "newscast" Ron. Joy Reid played soundbites from the Friday press conference which I posted the link to. Soundbites from tha press conference that were about Qatar. What's the problem?

When you talk about kissing up to the Saudis, please remember that Joy didn't cover those events AT ALL. She has NO CREDIBILITY AT ALL about those meetings.

And I'm not going to get dragged into the weeds with you again Ron. That ended last Sunday. If you want to have a decent conversation fine and if not fine.

Since you said you saw the complete report then you can answer my questions.

1. Did you see that in Qatar The U.S. has larges military base anywhere in the Arab countries to fight against Muslim terrorism. Do you really want to guess how that happened ?

3. Did you notice that Actually Qatar Is a allied with the United States where we have a airbase there to fight terrorism. Now since we got an air base in Qatar, that is home to 11.000 of our troops, what is that saying to you?

4. Did you see what trump said back on MAY 21 and Did you take note that Donald Trump was with the Qatar’s Amir, and did you notice what Trump said about our relationship with QATAR? Trump said; we are friends, we have been friends for a long time. (Now get this!) Our relationship is extremely GOOD. We have some serious discussions going on and one of the things that we will discuss is the purchase of a lots Beautiful Military Equipment?

Did you see those words come right out of the mouth of Donald Trump? I can't make this stuff up! I saw that right?

1. yes I know about the airbase, no I don't want to guess how it happened.
2. no I didn't see how Trump undercut Tillerson and no I didn't see Trump suck up to the Saudi's.

In the first 2 minutes of this report explains how Trump was undercutting Tillerson offer to help broker a resolution to the impasse. Now the very next day, here comes Trump not only expressing support for the blockade but also seemed to claim credit for pushing the Saudi’s to take the action.

Trump was tweeting during his recent trip to the Middle East (HE) stated that there can no longer be funding of Radical Ideology. Leaders pointed to Qatar – look! Now Steven, all this happened after Trump went to Qatar and said that their relationship was strong and he tried to sell them Military arms, just a month earlier. Could it be that the Amir in Qatar told Trump something?
