I asked nothing about a “report”, or “missing the Obamas”.

I never said you did. I asked the question ""Steve, do you think you are safer now, then you was under The Obama Administration?" You don't have to answer that question if you feel less safe under the Trump Administration because it is real clear that Trump don't want to hurt Putin's Russia.
