It sounds like, all the Presidents men is not carrying out a presidential order and no interest from the White House to make sure this order is carried out.

We are talking about an cyber attack that was committed on this country during a time when Americans practice it's greatest freedom, The Right To Vote and this president does nothing because of a worry of his presidential legitimacy or possibly lost of control of both houses.

The right to vote is an American freedom only with respect to the election of the President by the electors, every four years.

The people of The United States of America has the Freedom with respect to vote not only for President by our right to vote but we also have that right and freedom to vote in the mid-term elections on the state and local level as well without the interference from PUTIN'S RUSSIA.
