ICHEOKU says in what would appear like a double whammy take down, Stormy Daniels' creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti was indicted simultaneously on both coasts, one in Southern District of New York and the other in California Central District in Santa Ana, of several crimes including embezzlement, bank fraud and extortion. He is accused of appropriating his client's $1.6 million legal settlement proceed; obtaining $4 million loan from a bank using fictitious documents and trying to extort Nike Sports Company of $20 million.

If convicted, the once obscure, hustling, Los Angeles based plaintiffs' lawyer, will be looking at a total of 97 years behind bars, 47 in New York and 50 in California, and will most likely come out of prison in a pine box. Unfortunately, both jurisdictions being Federal, only President Donald John Trump can grant him pardon or commutation if convicted; which is very unlikely, his venomous use of Stormy Daniels against the president considered. Also, should he be convicted and he decides to appeal the matter up to the Supreme Court, he will have the dishonor of seeking mercy before Justice Brett Kavanaugh included empanelled Justices of the Supreme Court, and his false witnessing during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, which left much to be desired, might come back to bite him.

A lawyer who gained notoriety representing a porn actress, Stormy Daniels, who was fully paid for her services, yet breached a non disclosure agreement; and told on the client; is now facing his own self inflicted invasive examination by the law. The same law which he used in trying to destroy others, including his most recent targeted victim, Nike. A now disgraced lawyer, who regularly appeared on CNN and MSNBC, whose conduct was described by the prosecutor as evidence that "a suit and tie does not mask the fact that, at its core, was an old-fashioned shakedown." Even his former client Stormy Daniels did not portray him in a favorable light, saying that she terminated Michael’s services after discovering that he had dealt with her extremely, dishonestly. In his own stab, the president's son, Don Jr parodied MAGA to read "Michael Avenatti Getting Arrested!!!”

ICHEOKU says when all is said and done, Michael Avenati will learn a hard, cold lesson, albeit too late and most likely behind bars, that certain truism always remains correct, regardless. That is to treat people fairly, no matter what. This is a lawyer, whose client breached a valid subsisting purchased agreement not to kiss and tell and received a handsome consideration for it; yet his desperation for "fame" made him to throw every caution to the wind, as he pushed through with his funky narrative that his client had s*x with someone and was paid for it; leaving so many people wondering, what exactly was the injury suffered by his client for which a redress may exist in law.

But hey, what goes around comes around; and such a man with such a putrefying garbage had the guts to sit on judgment over another man's fair dealing. Now, lets see whether any of the cable television network including his darling CNN and MSNBC will invite him back to run off his mouth like the possessed demonic elf he often times assumes the personality. His sad story is definitely a study on how not to end one's career and probably life, as his life is certainly over if convicted and the maximum number of years are given to him.
