I would say that this Facebook video advice is incomplete, does not address the downside, the pitfalls, of egocentrism.

What part in this video presentation that you feel is wrong in what you saw?

Egocentrism is not covered in this presentation.

Egocentrism is the inability to differentiate between self and other. More specifically, it is the inability to untangle subjective schemas from objective reality; an inability to understand or assume any perspective other than their own.

This presentation is talking about self awareness and bringing things into existence through your own imagination for your own enrichment.
