Rick Scott again claims fraud in the Florida race

Florida Republican Gov. Rick Scott said in a Monday interview his Senate challenger Bill Nelson is attempting to steal the Florida election. A recount in the race began on Saturday, and Scott currently maintains a lead. Joe Scarborough weighs in.
