What is causing these polar vortexes?

Scientists report that the polar vortex appears to be wandering more often in recent years. Some scientists – but not all – say there may be a connection between global warming and the wandering vortex: The theory is that when weird warmth invades the Arctic, some of the cold that's supposed to stay up there – including the infamous polar vortex – instead sloshes down south into North America and Europe.

There IS a direct connection between climate change and the polar vortex. In 2019 there are governments, the U.S., Russia and China among others, that CAN and DO manipulate the jet stream(s). Someday people will wake up to that fact and wonder how they were duped as to the reason for "climate change" or "global warming" or whatever those manipulating the weather next decide to call it. This is how Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Kamala Harris and all the others manipulate public opinion.

That's what climate change is Ron. It is governments manipulating the weather, changing the weather, changing the climate. They even told you what their plans were 22 years ago, with just 6 more years to go.

They manipulate the jet streams with solar radiation management and HAARP.

What is the benefits of manipulating the jet stream(s)?

It weaponizes the weather. It let's you attack other countries anonymously. We did it to Russia when they hosted the winter olympics. In that case we deprived them of snow.
