Why is that Steve?
Because he hasn't been indicted for the crimes you seem to think he's committed. In this great country we don't hold people in jail without cause.
Did you watch this video report? Because if you did, you would know why this man got arrested for, in the first place.
He had unregistered silencers. He didn't have a "hit" list.
The Coast Guard Lieutenant accused of planning a terrorism plot will not face terrorism charges and be released. A federal Judge said that 50 year old Christoph Hassan is eligible to be released on bail as he awaits trail on Drug and firearm charges because prosecutors have not charged him with any terrorism-related offenses.
Now here is want I understand of this case Steve. A judge said Thursday that a Silver Spring man, who allegedly planned to killed two Supreme Court justices, browsing firearms websites minutes after trying to find the justices’ home addresses online, should be released.
Federal prosecutors said Coast Guard Lt. Christopher P. Hasson had what amounted to a 'hit list' that involved several high ranking Democrats, two Supreme Court justices, and several journalists.
This man poses a treat to society and should stay locked up during his trial.
Did you see Ron, "what amounted to a 'hit list'"?
No Steve, that is considered as evidence.
Did you completely watch this Report, to see why the uproar is over the release of this Coast Guard officer?
I saw poor Joe and Mika's outrage, yes Ron. I also remember the original story. There was no HIT list. What there was was a list.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Day noted on Thursday that 50-year-old Christopher Hasson hasn’t been charged with any terrorism related offenses. Hasson was arrested Feb. 15 and is awaiting trial on firearms and drug charges. Prosecutors say he created a hit list of prominent Democrats, two Supreme Court justices, network TV journalists and social media company executives.
Steve, did you see that the Prosecutors say he created a hit list of prominent Democrats, two Supreme Court justices, network TV journalists and social media company executives?
What does that mean to you? It was a "HIT LIST" or "IT WAS NOT A HIT LIST?"
Why is BARR sitting on this case and not pursuing domestic terrorism charges on Christopher Hasson?
There are no terrorism charges Ron. That's why.
I wonder what you would think if somebody you knew was on a list to be killed, what would you say, Steve?
That's the point Ron. Those people weren't put on a list to be killed. They were put on a list.
What do "HIT LIST" means to you Steve?
YOUR WORDS: Those people weren't put on a list to be killed. They were put on a list.
MY REPLY: They were put on a list, what was they put on what the Prosecutors say HIT LIST, for Steve?
