Newly announced Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke said he believes "beyond a shadow of a doubt" that there was an effort to collude with a foreign power in the 2016 election, but perhaps voters should decide what to do about Donald Trump in the 2020 election.

I predict Pete Buttigieg will be the Democratic nominee.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, May 19th 2019 at 10:44PM

What makes you predict that Steve? Do you like his platform?

He's young and articulate, smart as a whip and gay, a perfect poster boy. But he pissed me off coming after Tucker and Laura, just out of the blue.

At this point in time Pete Buttigieg has fallen in the polls. At this point the honeymoon with Pete Buttigieg seems to be short-lived.

A recent CNN poll of 2020 Democratic candidates found that 10% of white respondents selected Buttigieg as their top choice in the field, while just 3% of nonwhite voters supported him. While the CNN poll did not break out black respondents specifically, previous polling has also indicated Buttigieg's weakness with black Democrats.

Steve, Now keep in mind that this information is based on recent polling and the presidential debates have not started yet.

Ron, the polls don't matter when a candidate like Mayor Pete is being featured by the media. He was smart to go on Fox. They even gave him an all-liberal audience.

It is still early but right now the light has faded on Mayor Pete.

This is what Mayor Pete looks like after his Fox News debut.
