As many see the Democrats in Washington, D.C. as agonizing over whether to impeach Donald Trump in the wake of the release of the redacted Mueller report, Republican Rep. Justin Amash is being praised for having read the report then tweeting that the president has in his view ‘engaged in impeachable conduct.’ Columnist for The Intercept, Mehdi Hasan, joins Joy Reid to discussion.
