Absolutely not Ron.
Let's look at some real evidence for a moment. First of all, did you watch the information in this very short video report?
If so, Did these 22 Foreign Governments Have Patronized Trump Businesses, You know stay, stay at Trump hotels? if so Steve, Some Legal Experts Say That Violates The U.S. Constitution's Emoluments Clause, according to a review of the public record by NBC News.
You are saying that the public record are a LIE in this case?
Ron, did you hear in your video that the Trump Organization paid ALL those foreign receipts into the Treasury? Something like $345,000.
You also saw in this report, about a story out of Cyprus that clearly says explicitly that this was designed to influence the president of The United States and this is the concern that critics have.
Also this report said, there is no transparency here, all we know is that the Trump organization has "PROMISED" to donate the foreign profits to the Treasury and they said they have written checks totaling some Three Hundred and Forty Three Thousand Dollars but they "THE TRUMP ORGANIZATION" won't tell you what that number is based on, Steve that is a private organization, they can tell you anything, we don't know, to what extent foreign governments and their representatives are patronizing these properties.
All we know is what we can glean from the public record which was done in this case and that figure quoted could be much higher than that. Now so far we can't get no immediate response from the Trump organization. I wonder WHY?
We also don't know who "critics" are.
People who agree that Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause of The constitution Of the United States of America, that’s who Steve, are the critics.
Let's have some names Ron. What the hell is wrong with these "reporters" that they can't name names?
I'll bet you didn't hear about this, did you Ron?
Dec. 20, 2018
WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court temporarily halted on Thursday a lawsuit that accuses President Trump of illegally benefiting from his family’s business, an interim victory for the Justice Department in its effort to block more than three dozen subpoenas for documents from the Trump Organization, the president’s trust and other entities.

That is old news Steve back some seven months ago. Hey Steve, start a blog with that news and see how many hits you get, OK!!!
It's old news that wasn't covered Ron. All your "critics" have been shot down and that's why you won't name them.
It wasn't covered because you were preoccupied with shutting down the government over the holidays, inflicting as much pain as you could to distract from your big blue failure.
Go!!! Start a blog on that story. This blog is about:” Critics Say Foreign Spending At President Donald Trump Properties Could Violate Constitution “ do you want to participate in this conversation?
What are you saying Ron? That Blumenthal, Nadler, ET 200 AL are not "critics"?

Dems claim Trump attempt to delay Emoluments Clause lawsuit for 'de facto' win
https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battl...
“If the President succeeds in running out the clock, an entire presidential term will have gone by with the nation’s highest officeholder making countless foreign policy decisions under a cloud of potentially divided loyalty and compromised judgment caused by his enrichment from foreign states. That is precisely the nightmare scenario the Framers adopted the Foreign Emoluments Clause to avoid.”
No better words had been spoken and no better truth has been told.
Trump will serve 2 terms Ron. Don't worry, you've got plenty of time to lose this case.
