Why is the House opening an Impeachment Inquiry a matter of opinion Ron?

Steve Williams Saturday, July 27th 2019 at 1:30PM

"To start the impeachment process, an individual member of the House must request that impeachment proceedings begin, or the House itself could pass a resolution to launch the proceedings. The Speaker of the House would then refer the process to the House Judiciary Committee, which must then determine if there is enough grounds for the process to move forward."

MY REPLY: Because there is more to learn and show the American people about Trump?

We have witnessed Trump has contempt for democratic norms and institutions including his repeated failure to respond to legitimates requests for documents and info making it impossible for Congress to exercise it's constitutionally mandated oversight responsibilities, can't you see that Steve?

Steve, Don't you want to learn about the man in The Orval Office?

Ron, Jamie Raskin said an Impeachment Inquiry is a matter of opinion, and that in his opinion that's what they are conducting.

This week Joe Scarborough and that a hash tag full of equally disgusted Americans dubbed him Moscow Mitch, the Republican Senate Majority Leader has made it clear that he will ignore Robert Mueller's warnings about ongoing foreign interference in our elections. He will continue to block all security bills that could protect your and my vote from the Russians or the Saudis or the Chinese or Donald Trump's newest best dictator friend Kim Jong-un, I wonder why?

Why is Moscow Mitch so interested in keeping our doors open to such attacks?

Don't I want to learn about the man in The Orval Office? No Ron, if you mean confidential discussions with his White House Counsel, private bank account and tax information, etc. The President has a right to privacy.

The bill the House sent to the Senate, giving something like $500 million to the States for something they should pay for themselves, election security, had only ONE Republican vote in the House. Did they tell you that Ron?

As far as that one republican vote is concerned, I knew that the majority rules in the United States Government for over some 50 years.

and as far as the President privacy, He has no privacy, when he is clearly involved in criminal matter and obstructions in a investigation of him.

If you believe that Ron, your Representative is on recess waiting to hear from you. All Pelosi needs is 118 more votes.

Keep your panties on Steve, more evidence will come out in this case.

Steve Williams Sunday, July 28th 2019 at 1:15PM

You're spinning your wheels Ron. You can't start impeachment anything without a vote of the full House.

Steve Williams Sunday, July 28th 2019 at 1:18PM

Specifically, no court will recognize the Judiciary Committee to have jurisdiction.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, July 28th 2019 at 2:40PM

Don't you understand that Broadly speaking, the House Judiciary Committee has oversight of the federal courts and their administrative agencies, and federal law enforcement agencies. They are charged with making sure that justice is being served in accordance with the Constitution and other laws.

I repeat The United States Constitution and other laws recognize Judiciary Committee and the courts will follow the law of this land.

Now show me and the people on Black In America your evidence stating that "no court will recognize the Judiciary Committee to have jurisdiction, can you point that out case and point of your argument, on you next reply?
