House Judiciary democrats file court documents to unseal Mueller grand jury information and reveal they've already begun considering articles of impeachment. Jonathan Allen, Jessica Roth, Franco Ordonez and Melanie Zanona discuss.

The courts will not agree that Nadler has standing. If you want the grand jury information you will nee a full vote of the House. There's no point in getting your hooes up Ron.

“My personal view is that he richly deserves impeachment,” Nadler said of Trump on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “He has done many impeachable offenses. He’s violated the law six ways from Sunday.”

“But that’s not the question. The question is, can we develop enough evidence to put before the American people?” he added.

It has always been about the evidence to educate The American people Steve and nothing else Steve.

That's not what it's always been about Ron. Have you studied any of the ways other impeachments were handled? Nadler has no historical precedent at all.

The Constitution will be upheld by the courts, the law is with Nadler and this Impeachment Probe Against Trump will result in the truth.

On February 24, 1868 three days after Johnson's dismissal of Stanton, the House of Representatives voted 126 to 47 (with 17 members not voting) in favor of a resolution to impeach the president for high crimes and misdemeanors. Thaddeus Stevens addressed the House prior to the vote. "This is not to be the temporary triumph of a political party," he said, "but is to endure in its consequence until this whole continent shall be filled with a free and untrammeled people or shall be a nest of shrinking, cowardly slaves."[21]

One week later, the House adopted eleven articles of impeachment against the president. The articles charged Johnson with:

Dismissing Edwin Stanton from office after the Senate had voted not to concur with his dismissal and had ordered him reinstated.
Appointing Thomas Secretary of War ad interim despite the lack of vacancy in the office, since the dismissal of Stanton had been invalid.
Appointing Thomas without the required advice and consent of the Senate.
Conspiring, with Thomas and "other persons to the House of Representatives unknown", to unlawfully prevent Stanton from continuing in office.
Conspiring to unlawfully curtail faithful execution of the Tenure of Office Act.
Conspiring to "seize, take, and possess the property of the United States in the Department of War".
Conspiring to "seize, take, and possess the property of the United States in the Department of War" with specific intent to violate the Tenure of Office Act.
Issuing to Thomas the authority of the office of Secretary of War with unlawful intent to "control the disbursements of the moneys appropriated for the military service and for the Department of War".
Issuing to Major General William H. Emory orders with unlawful intent to violate federal law requiring all military orders to be issued through the General of the Army.
Making three speeches with intent to "attempt to bring into disgrace, ridicule, hatred, contempt and reproach, the Congress of the United States".
Bringing disgrace and ridicule to the presidency by his aforementioned words and actions.

So now you want to change the subject and talk about something else in history. WOW!!!! In Trump's case The House of Representatives is not at that point, at this time. Keep your panties on, this process has a few more steps to take.

Steve Williams Monday, July 29th 2019 at 4:24PM

I'm talking about the proper procedural order for impeachment Ron. There have been only three cases in U.S. history and all have started with a full vote of the House.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, July 29th 2019 at 4:31PM

I 'am talking on the same page Steve. In Trump's case The House of Representatives is not at that point, at this time. Keep your panties on, this process has a few more steps to take.

The important point is, that Nadler will not get any grand jury testimony unless and until, the full House votes to start an Impeachment Inquiry. That means it's YOUR problem Ron, not mine

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, July 29th 2019 at 9:35PM

That is a LIE Steve. The House Judiciary Committee has formally already asked a federal judge to release former special counsel Robert Mueller’s most closely guarded evidence: the material he gathered using a secretive grand jury.

The petition, submitted Friday to Beryl Howell, the chief judge of Washington, D.C.’s federal district court, asks that the material be provided to Congress, though it does not directly seek the public release of the grand jury evidence.

"When we win — and we will win the court fight because the legal excuses the White House has been using are extraordinarily weak from a legal point of view — when we win, it’ll open up the floodgates to enforce all the subpoenas and get all the testimony because they’re all the same nonsense legal arguments," Nadler said.

Now that is my evidence, the facts and the truth. Now show us yours, on your next reply.

Steve Williams Monday, July 29th 2019 at 11:45PM

I see that Nadler has duped you Ron. What Nadler did is not an Impeachment Inquiry. You'll find out.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Tuesday, July 30th 2019 at 7:37AM

What is it then, Steve?

Steve Williams Tuesday, July 30th 2019 at 8:55AM

In my opinion Ron, it's an election ploy. Nancy has accused the President of all sorts of crimes. If she really believed it she would bring a vote for Impeachment to the House floor.

Steve Williams Tuesday, July 30th 2019 at 8:56AM

And Nadler confessed, he doesn't know if his ploy will work.
