The House Judiciary Committee has announced they will investigate Trump’s push for his Doral property to host the G-7 summit, saying “the President's personal financial interests” are “shaping decisions about official U.S. government activities.” Former Republican Chief White House Ethics Lawyer, Richard Painter, says Congress is overdue in investigating the “illegal, unconstitutional emoluments” Trump is “receiving from foreign governments.”
