Trump's endorsement of tele-tabloid Faux Noise is in itself a direct violation of Title 5 § 2635.702 (Using public office for personal gain), which can be an impeachable offense, yet he has been doing this since he refused to separate his businesses from politics. In fact, he has done nothing but the opposite, using his own properties and charging taxpayers for his excursions.
