The Washington Post reports the Trump Administration may indict former Acting FBI director Andrew McCabe. The Post reports The Department of Justice “authorized charges” but it’s still unclear what will happen next. Watergate special prosecutor Nick Akerman says the “optics are absolutely terrible” after Trump asked for McCabe to be indicted “politicizing” the case.
