Shepard Smith began his Fox News program by blistering Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump over their calls to investigate the Biden family.

Smith said, "President Trump says it doesn't matter if he talked to the president of Ukraine about investigating Joe Biden. A whistleblower reportedly says the president made a promise to a foreign leader. A watch dog calls it of urgent concern, but Congress is still trying to find out what the whistle-blower knows."

President Trump urged the Ukrainian President to investigate Hunter Biden's involvement in Ukrainian corruption in the U.S. 2016 election, ONE DAY after Mueller's disastrous FAILURE in front of Congress.

OH!!!! Shepard Smith is telling you about Rudy Giuliani and you don't believe him, I see. Smith then played video of Rudy Giuliani admitting vociferously that they wanted the Ukraine government to investigate the Bidens at Trump's behest.

After the crazed interview of Rudy finished, Smith said, "The subject matter about which they were speaking is a debunked conspiracy theory."

In roughly 3 minutes Shepard Smith encapsulated the entire conspiracy between Trump, Rudy Giuliani and the Ukrainian government.

And it's one in which impeachment proceedings should begin immediately if the evidence tells us this is what happened and I am sure we will find out more about what Trump has done.

Now that is what Rudy said after he said "NO" He immediately clarified his meaning, by his attempt to throw off the direction of the question by talking about Hillary Clinton. You did see that in this report, now didn't you?

Cuomo pressed. "You never asked anything about Hunter Biden? You never asked anything about Joe Biden?"

RUDY: "The only thing I asked about Joe Biden is to get to the bottom of how it was [garbled) who was appointed dismissed the case against ANTAC, " Giuliani admitted.

"So you did ask you the Ukraine to look into Joe Biden," Cuomo repeated.

RUDY: "Of course I did!" Giuliani screamed.

Cuomo yelled back, "You just said you didn't!"

"No, I asked them to look into the allegations which related to my client which tangentially involved Joe Biden in a massive bribery scheme not unlike what he did in China, " Rudy babbled.
