The full phrase is "Criminality Taints" which is a trace of a bad or undesirable quality or substance. Now I know that these two men have not had there day in court but we do know that these two men was charged with campaign finance violations.

By the way Steve the word "Criminality Taints" is describing the actions or behavior that is contrary to or forbidden by criminal law is different from being charged with being a law breaker, that means, you are a convicted CRIMINAL.
