Democrat Charles Booker plans to oust Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell from his seat for the state of Kentucky, and is already polling ahead of Amy McGrath in the Kentucky Democratic primary race. Booker, a member of the Kentucky state legislature, joins Joy Reid to discuss stating, ‘We’ve raised nearly $3 million in this month alone… We have the infrastructure… We are going to get rid of Mitch McConnell.’
