Maybe I should explain my numbering. Russia 1.0 was the original, up to Mueller's testimony. Russia 2.0 was post Mueller morphing into Ukraine and the failed impeachment. Russia 3.0 is everything since.

I know of two more people who have said the same thing and they were PUTTIN and TRUMP. Two out of three of them are Russians.
