This is truly the height of hypocrisy for Republicans to confirm a Trump nominee weeks before an election after they refused to hold even a hearing for Merrick Garland, President Obama's nominee, after conservative Justice Antonin Scalia died on Feb. 13, 2016.

The same thing didn't happen with Obama. In 2016 we were waiting for Trump to be elected and Obama was certain to leave office. In 2020 we're waiting for Trump to be re-elected and for that we need 9 Supreme Court Justices because Biden will be suing everyone over his election loss.

In this case we were waiting for Trump to be reelected, which means TRUMP may be "FIRED" by the people of The United States of America and should not choose to fill the vacancy on The Supreme Court with less then 45 days to go in his presidency.

I smell HYPOCRISY coming from The Republican Party.

A supreme court judge is a lifetime appointments and she wanted to work for on women’s issues, that was her life.

She thought too highly of herself. She just was not that important. 80 years old is long enough to serve. She was ill advised to push it to 87. Now look what's happened. Because of her error you'll have an extreme imbalance in the court, 6-3 in favor of the conservatives.

This is the first recorded question by God in the Bible. It is not the first ever question mind you. That one was the infamous 'Did God really say?' posed by the serpent. But this is the first question from God and on the surface level He is calling out to Adam, asking where He is. Now obviously God knew exactly where Adam was. And yet He asks the question. Why? God obviously wants Adam to acknowledge where he is and why he is there. Where was he? Well, Adam was hiding! Why was he hiding from God? Because he had disobeyed, fallen into sin and he was now fearful.

On the deeper level this question from God is one that He has asked all mankind over the ages. Man has continued to run and hide from God, and God, for His part, has sought out the lost. How would you respond if God asked that question to you? 'Where are you at?' Are we hiding at all from God or fully walking in the light? Do we know that God is ever seeking us out to draw us back to Himself?
