It"s obvious what the President meant. Without the mail-in vote Biden will lose. That"s why the Democrat Party mailed me to persuade me to request a mail-in ballot. But naked ballots won't do in Pennsylvania, and the rumor is our State Legislature will vote for Trump anyway. Sounds good to me.
