YOUR WORDS: I've seen your video (Cal Perry) played on MSNBC at least 6 times just today Ron, starting with Morning Jerk Scarborough this morning.
MY REPLY: I don't care how many times you saw this video or where Steve. I am more interested about this report at the top of this blog.
Steve, do you want to talk about this blogs material?
I said what I had to say Ron. There is ONE militia under ONE Constitution. Is that too difficult for you to understand?
No Steve, that's not too hard for me. Yes there is only ONE militia under ONE Constitution and it is called "THE NATIONAL GUARD.
Organized Militia: These are the forces that comprise the National Guard, which are the organized militia forces of each state. It is not synonymous with the National Guard of the United States, which is a reserve military force under joint control of the federal and state governments.
Now this is what your boys are.
Unorganized Militia: This is virtually every other man in the United States. Men are not part of the unorganized militia if they are part of the organized militia. All other able-bodied men between the ages of 17 and 45 are considered part of the militia. This is an important concept to remember, even as we work through the part of militia history predating this Act.
Explain "this Act". "This Act" is not the Constitution now is it Ron?
Steve, Now this is what your boys are.
Unorganized Militia: This is virtually every other man in the United States. Men are not part of the unorganized militia if they are part of the organized militia. Ron, Constitutionally I'm part of the militia, and it's not because I tote around an AR-15. I didn't lose my Second Amendment right when I turned 45. Your Act is wrong.
If you are not in the National Guard then you're not part of what the law calls a militia.
The Constitution is the law Ron. Look at all the trouble we've brought on ourselves by not following the law. If we just followed the Constitution there would be no question about abortion (legal), drugs (legal), hate speech (legal), elections (controlled solely by the States), etc., etc.
The Law is clear, you have the right to carry a fire arm but The constitution refers to a well regulated militia like the national guards.
These Good OldBoys Are not well regulated and don’t sit under the constitutional guidelines of a militia. A domestic terrorist group yes. Even law-enforcement says their hands full when self registered groups is on the street. Steve all you are is a member of the good old white boys network.
Steve, would you point and fire your weapon at another American?
I personally do not open-carry Ron, because I don't like to draw attention to myself. People have a legitimate concern there will be civil war in America, even people like Eddie Glaude agree, and these armed militiamen don't concern me.
The reason why you are not concerned is because those Good Old Boys won't be aiming at you or your children.
I wonder WHY?
Do you remember who it was that Kyle Rittenhouse shot? It wasn't because of how they looked. He shot and killed to save his life. Just like you would Ron.
Are you talking about that 17 year old Thug with a weapon that he shouldn't had in his hand in the first place, if that is who you are talking about, YES I remember.
That's his name Ron. If you remember him you probably saw pictures of the criminals he shot. They looked like me, as you would say. Except I don't think I look like someone who'd be trying to kill an innocent 17 year-old, if I might say so myself.
Steve, if he was acting in self defense then why is this 17 years old THUG running from Wisconsin authorities?
Has he turned himself in YET?
BREAKING NEWS: Kyle Rittenhouse must face charges in Wisconsin, Illinois judge rules
By Kim Bellware
Kyle Rittenhouse, who is accused of killing two men and injuring a third during a night of unrest in Kenosha, Wis., will face charges in Wisconsin, an Illinois judge ruled Friday.
Lake County Circuit Court Judge Paul Novak rejected the defense’s argument that statutory and procedural issues with the extradition paperwork were grounds to block Rittenhouse from being tried in Wisconsin. Novak wrote that the defense only raised the argument but did not provide proof to support it.
Rittenhouse, 17, has been held in a juvenile detention facility in Illinois, his home state, since being arrested there in August. Rittenhouse was charged with six counts, including two homicide charges. He can be charged as an adult in Wisconsin.
John Pierce, Rittenhouse’s attorney, said in a statement the defense “strongly disagrees” with Novak’s decision and plans to immediately appeal.
“We will never surrender. Kyle will be set free and cleared of all charges,” Pierce said.
Before a fatal shooting, teenage Kenosha suspect idolized the police
The judge’s ruling came hours after a 45-minute hearing Friday morning where Rittenhouse appeared in court in person. Court filings indicated the defense was prepared to call several witnesses, including Kyle’s mother, Wendy Rittenhouse, but neither they nor the prosecution ultimately called anyone to the stand.
The defense instead argued “the minutiae of extradition law,” according to the Associated Press, and claimed that sending Rittenhouse to Wisconsin would violate his constitutional rights. Lake County prosecutors said the law was clear and that allowing Rittenhouse to remain in Illinois would be improper.
“You can imagine the chaos if someone can commit a crime and step over the [state border] and get sanctuary,” Lake County Assistant State’s Attorney Stephen Scheller said, according to the AP.
A spokesman for the Lake County State’s Attorney office did not immediately respond to request for comment following Novak’s Friday afternoon ruling.
Extradition requests are typically straightforward procedures, and fighting them is rare — and widely viewed as a delay tactic, according to legal experts.
A mentally ill man, a heavily armed teenager and the night Kenosha burned
Rittenhouse was heavily armed the night of Aug. 25, answering a call for “patriots” in the streets of Kenosha. Days of unrest had erupted after a White police officer shot Jacob Blake, who is Black, in the back seven times.
Rittenhouse is accused of killing Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26. He is accused of wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, 26, who lost a portion of his biceps. All three men had attended the protests.
Rosenbaum was seen chasing Rittenhouse down the street after a confrontation, though it was unclear what sparked it. Rosenbaum threw a plastic hospital bag at Rittenhouse before charging at him. A shot was fired nearby. Rosenbaum tried to grab Rittenhouse’s rifle and prosecutors allege the teenager began shooting.
As Rittenhouse ran from the first alleged shooting, he tripped and fell before prosecutors said he fired at Huber, who was pursuing him and had tried to hit him with a skateboard. Prosecutors said Rittenhouse next shot Grosskreutz, who approached the teenager after Huber.
Rittenhouse’s lawyers have argued that he acted in self-defense.
Demonstrators gathered outside the Lake County Courthouse on Friday morning, holding signs with the names of Rosenbaum, Huber and Grosskreutz on them. Others held Black Lives Matter signs.
Some conservatives have rallied behind Rittenhouse, claiming to have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for his legal defense. President Trump, who has blamed left-wing extremists for violence in Kenosha and elsewhere, spoke about Rittenhouse at a White House briefing last month.
I heard the news.I hope he's given a speedy trial. He should be released on bail.
May justice be done.
