Sharpton is a disgrace the way he uses people. The trial will determine guilt and punishment. Sharpton is just trying to provoke a riot so he'll jave a fresh crop of victims to make money on their misery. May he burn in hell.
May the family of George Floyd, hear the words: "GUILTY" as charged for the murder of George Floyd based on the evidence presented in this Trial. Those opening statements for the prosecution has taped evidence of a police officer drag George Floyd out of the back seat of the police car, handcuffed, laid in the streets face down with a knee in the back of Floyd Neck as he begged for his life saying "I CAN'T BREATHE" 27 times for over 9:29 minutes stopping he from breathing.
"I CAN'T BREATHE!!!" Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?"
Ron, we're talking about Sharpton and Crump. They don't care about the safety of the jurors. They are priming the FOLKS for insurrection when there's an acquittal. The family has got the money, 27 million.
I am talking about the merit of this case and not the personalities of the Lawyers auguring this case, GOT IT!.
Now back to my question: "I CAN'T BREATHE!!!" Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?"
Rev. Sharpton Speaks Ahead Of Derek Chauvin's Trial
Is that the title you chose for your blog Ron? Is that Sharpton speaking in your video? Sharpton is out for himself. He lives on other FOLKS misery. He's a parasite.
Now back to my question: "I CAN'T BREATHE!!!" Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?"
What's the connection to Sharpton? Why are you changing the subject to Derek Chauvin? Ron, Sharpton hasn't made an honest dollar in his life.
Steve, just think about that silly as- response you gave. If it wasn't for Police Officer Derek Chauvin and his murder of George Floyd, There would be no reason The Rev. Al Sharpton.
Now back to my question: "I CAN'T BREATHE!!!" Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?" YES or NO.
Regardless of what charges the jury finds Derek Chauvin guilty of or not, it doesn't justify Sharpton and Crump inciting another riot.
Steve, focus: "I CAN'T BREATHE!!!" Steve, Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?" YES or NO.
That's what Sharpton and the mob think. I don't know what the jury will say Ron. I made my position clear at the time Floyd was killed and several of the witnesses today said the same thing I did then. It was only 10 months ago that Floyd was killed. It's almost 4 YEARS since MY son was murdered and his killer still has not been tried. Nobody is whipping up the country for me. My son's death isn't the money maker Floyd's is.
Then you should understand the feeling of helplessness that the family of George Floyd is feeling when they get this close to justice.
Did you see the look on Police Officer Derek Chauvin's face when Floyd stop moving, he still kept his knee on the back of the neck of George Floyd, for 3 more minutes?
Steve, Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?" YES or NO.
I'm sure you remember what I said Ron. I would have wiped that look right off of Chauvin's face.
The most heart breaking thing I heard yesterday was Darnella Frazier saying how at night she would say to George Floyd how sorry she was.
Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?" YES or NO and then explain.
We will find out Ron. Floyd put up a pretty good fight, didn't he? The prosecution has to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, don't they? Your opinion don't matter, do it?
Who do you think gave to more compelling testimony Ron, Al Sharpton or George McMillan?
CHARLES MCMILLAN, EYEWITNESS
"You can't win!" Charles McMillan can be heard telling Floyd over and over again in videos of the arrest.
One of the first to notice the arrest, McMillan, 61, pulled off his white spectacles and dropped his head into his hands in tears as he watched video of himself stood near Floyd as they dying man called out for his recently deceased mother. The court recessed for about 10 minutes so McMillan could gather himself.
McMillan, who that day was dressed in flip-flops, shorts and a black t-shirt, was one of the last people to speak with Floyd.
"Get up and get in the car," McMillan says to Floyd.
"I can't," Floyd replies in an agonized voice from beneath Chauvin.
McMillan summarized his thinking to the jury: "Once police get the cops on you, you can't win, so I'm trying to tell him to just cooperate."
After Floyd's limp body was loaded into an ambulance, Chauvin got into a police car, and McMillan walked over: "I don't respect what you did," he told the officer
"I had to control this guy because he's a sizeable guy," Chauvin replies through the window. "It looks like he's probably on something."

I am asking you about something that we both see can by way of video and you can see what I can see. Now with that said, I asked you about your opinion of what YOU saw.
This is the eight time Steve, answer the question: Do you think this police officer was using "Excessive Force?" YES or NO and then explain.
I don't have an opinion Ron. I'm like the jury, taking it all in.
BY STEVE, You need to stop your BULL.
Because you have never been without an opinion. You are no Juror believe me.
I know what I would have done at the time Ron, but that was then and this is now. Now we have lots and lots of video, a scourge of video. Have you ever seen so much video? It's one of the downsides of trickle-down economics.
What about you Ron, do you think Chauvin used excessive force? When you say excessive, does that mean excessive enough you would have tried to save Floyd?
You can't even explain or stand by your what you are seeing with your own eye Steve? That means you will fall for anything.
Brothers and Sisters meet Steve Williams.
If you've already come to a verdict then why is there a trial Ron? FOLKS in the ether: Meet Ron Gray, maybe not even a real person?
After Chauvin saw that Floyd was not moving anymore, Chauvin, kept his knee on the back of George Floyd's neck for three more minutes, that is excessive force.
It is right there before your eyes, you can see what Chauvin done to George Floyd.
Can't you see that?
We don't have all the information yet Ron. I'm waiting to hear what Chauvin has to say for himself.
What we do have know is, you can believe your own eyes Steve. Did you understand what excessive force was in this case?
Then what are all these FOLKS, sitting in court for Ron? And the Floyd family has already been paid off, $27 MILLION. The fact is, they should be trying Lane first not Chauvin. Lane pulled his gun unnecessarily and caused Floyd to panic. Of course Floyd was a drug addict and who knows what was in his drug addled mind. And the pusher who pawned off a fake $20 to Floyd, has got off scot free.
I asked you a question Steve, “Did you understand what excessive force was in this case?”
Excessive force isn't the question Ron. Let's see if Chauvin testifies.
Yes, The term "EXCESSIVE FORCE" is the question and I asked you “Did you understand what excessive force was in this case?”
Now let me know if you understand the term "EXCESSIVE FORCE" and if you do, explain your understanding and then we can move on, OK?
I don't think "EXCESSIVE FORCE" is one of the charges.
For a conviction of second-degree unintentional murder, the state's prosecutors will have to show beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin caused Floyd's death while assaulting him.
Third-degree murder requires prosecutors to prove that someone caused the death of another "by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life."
In order to convict Chauvin of second-degree manslaughter, prosecutors will need to show beyond a reasonable doubt that he was "culpably negligent" and took an "unreasonable risk" with Floyd's life when he restrained him and that his actions put Floyd at risk of death or great harm.

Over Three minutes has passed when Floyd stopped moving, that means Chauvin was in command of his actions and knew what he was doing, which he continued to kneel, with in knee on the back of George Floyd's neck until to paramedics got there, one paramedic got out the ambulance and tapped Chauvin on his back, Steve.
You should be paying attention to the trial Ron. They are getting expert testimony at this very moment on the use of force.
Over Three minutes has passed when Floyd stopped moving, that means Chauvin was in command of his actions and knew what he was doing, which he continued to kneel, with in knee on the back of George Floyd's neck until to paramedics got there. One paramedic got out the ambulance and tapped Chauvin on his back, and then Chauvin got off of The Handcuffed, unconscious George Floyd Steve, if that is not "EXCESSIVE FORCE" I don't know what is.

Steve, if that is not "EXCESSIVE FORCE" I don't know what is.
Call it what you want Ron. It's not pertinent. It's not the right question. It took three strong policemen to subdue Floyd. You don't think about what could or could not have been done with such a violent person. Maybe they should have just removed the cuffs and let him go. Huh Ron, I'll bet that's what you would have done.
I did use the term "EXCESSIVE FORCE" didn't I. Now the sergeant, that was called to the seen used that night, used the term "DEADLY FORCE" and that's what Chauvin supervisor testified to in court TODAY.
Now we both saw the evidence and now millions of people have seen that evidence and with that explanation of was there DEADLY FORCE used and Chauvin supervisor testified to in court saying "YES" and that procedure is NOT taught at The Police Academy, then it looks like justice for Chauvin will be served for a long time.
If it isn't served to Sharpton's taste, he's poised with the mob. That's the subject here. Did you see all the bodycam footage? I say things went south from the moment Lane banged on Floyd's window. Have you ever had a policeman pull a gun on you Ron?
Chauvin's lawyers so far have had four bad trial days in Police Officer Chauvin's defense.
Officer Lane is more responsible for Floyd's death than Chauvin.
How so, Steve?
Lane, 37, is one of the three other officers who were there when Floyd was killed. He now faces charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
Chauvin was the senior training officers and Lane, 37, is one of the three other officers who were there when Floyd was killed. He now faces charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
Lane, who started as a police cadet in 2019, was only on his fourth shift as a full-time officer on May 25 when Derek Chauvin knelt on George Floyd's neck for nearly nine minutes, his attorney said.
So what are talking about, Steve?

Rev. Al Sharpton and the family of George Floyd spoke before the beginning of Derek Chauvin's trial in Minneapolis, Minn. He said that "justice must be intentional and deliberate," condemning the actions of Derek Chauvin and calling for everyone in attendance to take a knee in honor of George Floyd.
