Police Didn’t Wait 10 Seconds Before Opening Up On Adam Toledo Like It Was A Drive By

The officer yelled for Toledo to raise his hands as they were running. The officer saw Toledo's gun .8 seconds (800 milliseconds) before he fired Ron. Toledo in one movement turned and ditched his gun as he raised his hands. Toledo was running because he and the 21 year old felon had been shooting at a passing car. That's what drew the police. Toledo had residue from the gun on his hands and the gun was recovered from right next to where he was shot.
