DOJ Appealing Order To Release Memo On Bill Barr Not Prosecuting Trump

Neal Katyal reacts to the “disappointing” news that the Justice Department will appeal a judge’s order requiring the disclosure of a memo that Attorney General Barr cited in deciding not prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice in the Mueller investigation and the implications of keeping this memo hidden: “To bury this is I think detrimental to what American democracy is all about.”
