Neal Katyal reacts to the “disappointing” news that the Justice Department will appeal a judge’s order requiring the disclosure of a memo that Attorney General Barr cited in deciding not prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice in the Mueller investigation and the implications of keeping this memo hidden: “To bury this is I think detrimental to what American democracy is all about.”

Steve, who knows, you might see that paper pop up during the mid-terms elections, that would put a very interesting span to this subject.

You don't even know what the appeals court will decide in a year. You may NEVER know what that memo says Ron. On the other hand, I AM sure it's just what Barr said it was. It's all over now, you should admit what we all know, Trump always wins.

Not according to Courts of Appeal to Judge Amy Berman Jackson for The district of Columbia who had ruled that Memo must be released to the public.

It is amazing to see that you are rooting for the Biden Administration, to keep Trump's records from the public, now that is refreshing to see.

Hey Steve, Today... Who is The President of The United States of America?

Steve Williams Tuesday, May 25th 2021 at 10:45PM

Yes Ron, it's refreshing to see Merrick Garland agree with Bill Barr, that Trump is innocent.
