Trump, got the Supreme leader of the Taliban out of prison in Pakistan and negotiated a peace deal with that Sing Taliban leader to pull out of Afghanistan without consulting the Afghanistan government. Biden said he will finish the Troop pull out and now it is DONE.
Afghanistan 20 Year long war is now over.
