Safety expert Steve Wolf reacts to Alec Baldwin's ABC interview detailing accounts of what happened in the moments prior to the fatal shooting on the set of the film "Rust" that claimed the life of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

I was wondering when we would hear a proper explanation of how the Colt Single Action Army revolver works. Just think back to the Old Westerns when they would "fan" the revolver. It's actually a safety flaw that's been fixed in modern single action revolvers.

Do you feel that Baldwin should be held accountable for his action in that shooting incident?
