Official: Man in Pelosi attack shouldn't have reentered US
By ELLIOT SPAGAT -

The Canadian man accused of breaking into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home and attacking her husband with a hammer should have been flagged by immigration officials and blocked from getting back into the U.S. after overstaying his authorized entry more than two decades ago, a federal official said Thursday.

David DePape, 42, legally entered the United States in 2000 and later left the country and returned a few times, including entering in March 2008 at San Diego’s San Ysidro border crossing, said a U.S. official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter.

You must have worked for this one Ron. Congratulations.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Friday, November 4th 2022 at 2:50PM

Did you read this article Steve?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Friday, November 4th 2022 at 7:50PM

Has anybody seen Steve?

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 12:50AM

No Ron, I just looked and saw it wasn't your usual MSN source.

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 1:14AM

Pelosi said, “Paul remains under doctors’ care as he continues to progress on a long recovery process and convalescence. He is now home."

Did Nancy activate the alarm system I hope?

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 5:12AM

After your question, I read it.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 8:16AM

Steve, the last question I asked you was: “ Did you read this article Steve? and your reply No Ron!
Steve, Let’s talk to the subject, OKAY 👌!

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 1:40PM

Go right ahead Ron. Spit it out.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 3:21PM

You do know that your boy David DePape, 42, legally hit Mr. Pelosi in the head, with a hammer in front of the police, don't you? If you do know, what should be done with him, Steve?

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 5:48PM

I don't agree with you're statement Ron, that "David DePape, 42, legally hit Mr. Pelosi in the head, with a hammer in front of the police." What he did was illegal. Do you know that according to NBC, it was Pelosi that answered the door when the police arrived, and that he then walked away from the police back into the house towards the man with the hammer to get his head bashed in? That's why the corrupt SF DA is hiding the body cam recordings.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 6:40PM

Now how did Mr. Pelosi know that he was going to get hit in the head with a hammer Steve, would you know?

Your boy David DePape has spent his last day on earth as a free man and I hope the evidence will put him away for life.

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 7:10PM

All Pelosi had to do was walk out to the cops, let them handle DePape, and his head would still be intact Ron.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 7:48PM

Steve, It’s a common phrase used by people who might have just gone through a breakup, made a decision that fell through, or are looking back on their careers. When they say, “hindsight is 20/20,” they mean that it’s easier to see what could have happened after it’s already happened.

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 7:52PM

Pelosi didn't think DePape was a threat, he thought DePape was a friend.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 8:09PM

That is not the point Steve, by David DePape, 42, actions that night, landed him in jail. David DePape is facing federal charges for allegedly breaking into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and attacking her husband Paul Pelosi in the early morning hours of 28 October.

DePape is charged with one count of assault of an immediate family member of a United States official with the intent to retaliate against the official on account of the performance of official duties, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. DePape is also charged with one count of attempted kidnapping of a United States official on account of the performance of official duties, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Steve, you must feel sorry for David DePape, is that right?

Steve Williams Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 9:44PM

David DePape has pleaded NOT GUILTY Ron. And you don't want to show the body cam video. No wonder.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, November 5th 2022 at 11:30PM

I did not ask you about David DePape has pleaded NOT GUILTY. Now here’s what I did ask you was this:
Steve, you must feel sorry for David DePape, is that right?

Steve Williams Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 12:39AM

Why do you think I feel sorry for David DePape, Ron? Let me remind you what I said:

I said "Pelosi didn't think DePape was a threat, he thought DePape was a friend."

How do you get "feel sorry for" from that? That is a fact. Pelosi thought DePape was a friend.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 1:10AM

How did you come with that Steve?

Steve Williams Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 1:46AM

That's what Pelosi said on the 911 call Ron, that David was a friend. That and the fact Pelosi walked back into the house instead of out to the protection of the police.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 10:01AM

So what Steve, what is your point? Does that mean that it is OK to attempt murder by using a hammer up your head, Steve?

Why are you trying so hard to defend this alleged attempted murderer?

Steve Williams Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 2:38PM

Ron, because Democrats claim that Republicans incited that attack with our political rhetoric. The attack had NOTHING to do with Republicans' intense dislike of Nancy Pelosi.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 3:04PM

Not all democrats, if only a few of them might have saying that in the beginning but now we got our man and his confession words out of his own mouth.

Steve, do you feel sorry for David DePape?

Steve Williams Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 8:43PM

Who cares about "feeling sorry" for DePape Ron. Not me.

I think Paul Pelosi had an existing relationship with David DePape.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, November 6th 2022 at 9:35PM

Do you have any proof of that claim or are you sorry he failed at his misson?

Steve Williams Monday, November 7th 2022 at 8:35AM

I have evidence of that opinion Ron, yes.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, November 7th 2022 at 10:49AM

I am standing by.

Steve Williams Monday, November 7th 2022 at 11:00AM

As I've stated. On the 911 call Pelosi said David was a friend. When the police arrived Pelosi did not walk outside to the cops' protection, showing that he didn't think David was a threat. This is tedious having to repeat myself Ron. Please pay attention.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, November 7th 2022 at 6:42PM

Do you have any proof of that claim or are you sorry he failed at his mission?

Steve Williams Tuesday, November 8th 2022 at 2:53AM

How do you know he failed in his mission.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Tuesday, November 8th 2022 at 10:13AM

Who was that man looking for Steve? That report is right in front of you, read it and believe the report. Now who was the fool looking for again? Steve, are you smoking that BULL💩 again?

Steve Williams Tuesday, November 8th 2022 at 10:56AM

I'm talking about the 30 minutes before the cops came. If David was going to brain Paul (his mission?), why did David let Paul call the cops? Use your imagination Ron.
