Dominion and Donald Trump put Fox News between a rock and a dumb place

With Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation case against Fox News set to begin, my friends at the network, of whom I have none, find themselves in a bind.

They’re wedged between a known lie they promoted – the preposterous claim that voting machines “rigged” the 2020 election against former President Donald Trump – and the ever-needy, endlessly noisy former president himself, who wants Fox News to keep lying so he can keep believing he won, and keep fleecing suckers who share that belief.

It seems clear the alleged news organization’s best option was to settle the case, admit the network promoted the enormous lie that the 2020 election was stolen and start moving tractor-trailers filled with cash to Dominion’s headquarters. With the trial expected to start Tuesday in Delaware, that doesn't appear to be happening.

Is here anybody out here still believes that the 2020 election was RIGGED like Trump said?

Steve Williams Wednesday, April 26th 2023 at 12:51AM

I do. It was rigged by the unconstitutional use of mail-in voting.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, April 26th 2023 at 8:24AM

So what are you saying Steve?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, April 26th 2023 at 5:50PM

Steve, did you understand this sentence?

It seems clear the alleged news organization’s best option was to settle the case, admit the network promoted the enormous lie that the 2020 election was stolen and start moving tractor-trailers filled with cash to Dominion’s headquarters.

What do that sentence means to you?

Steve Williams Wednesday, April 26th 2023 at 10:31PM

That sentence sounds like someone's opinion Ron, and it's hyperbolic to boot.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, April 27th 2023 at 1:37AM

That is the seriousness of the many lies you was told by FOX NEWS Tucker, Colton

It sounds like you have already been hoodwinked into believing what that man has told you to believe, WOW!!!

Steve Williams Thursday, April 27th 2023 at 2:42PM

I'm not stuck in the past like you are Ron. I'm one of those who turned away from Fox and turned on OAN when they told their lie about Biden winning Arizona. Biden did not win Arizona. We now know that the election was rigged by mail-in voting. I still wouldn't trust Dominion and it has nothing to do with Tucker, who is a great journalist.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, April 27th 2023 at 3:25PM

Do you have any proof of a rig vote by mail process, Steve?

Steve Williams Friday, April 28th 2023 at 4:15AM

Biden could not have gotten 81 million votes without the violation of mail-in voting laws. I personally witnessed that violation here in Pennsylvania, as I've told you before Ron. In 2024 we'll fight fire with fire.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Friday, April 28th 2023 at 10:27AM

You personally witnessed that violation here in Pennsylvania, did you tell The Pennsylvania Voters Commission about that proof you seen?

Pennsylvania, was called for Biden. Biden’s win in Pennsylvania was a dramatic, though not unexpected, turn after Trump jumped out to an early Election Day lead of 675,000 votes and prematurely declared he had won the state.

History will say that you are wrong, "BIDEN WINS PENNSYLVANIS" is clear.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP/KDKA) - The U.S. Supreme Court invalidated a lower appeals court decision Tuesday regarding how rules for mail-in ballots had been applied in a Pennsylvania election, adding an element of uncertainty about voting procedures four weeks ahead of the state's high-stakes elections for governor and U.S. Senate.

The justices vacated a decision in May by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that had said mail-in ballots without a required date on the return envelope had to be counted in a 2021 Pennsylvania judge race.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court handed down several voting-related decisions Thursday that are likely to help Democrats this fall.

The court extended the deadline for accepting mail ballots, will allow voters to submit their ballots through drop boxes, and removed the Green Party's candidate for president from the ballot.

The decisions come less than two months before Election Day and as a flurry of election-related lawsuits continue to pile up around the country.

A Pennsylvania court struck down the state’s mail voting law Friday morning, saying voters must amend the state constitution before such legislation is legal.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania relaxed controversial verification rules for the processing of mail-in ballots last week in a decided victory and boon for voting rights advocates. The decision also short-circuits a voting access lawsuit already in progress.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) issued guidance to counties that local election officials cannot perform on-the-spot signature analysis. Effectively, this means that ballots cannot be rejected because an election official believes the voter’s signature on a ballot envelope does not match the signature on file.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — In the shadow of an increasingly strident presidential campaign, Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives approved changes to the state’s fledgling mail-in voting law, but in highly partisan fashion Wednesday.

The Republican-penned bill passed, 112-90, on a near party-line vote in the battleground state where President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Democratic Party are already in court seeking favorable decisions on how Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting should be administered in the Nov. 3 election.

The vote came after a fruitless summer of discussions between Republican lawmakers and Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, on a compromise to fix gray areas and glitches exposed in the June 2 primary election in Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law.

I 'am talking about the 2020 presidential campaign and NOT some state's high-stakes elections for governor and U.S. Senate.

I asked you for proof about the last Presidential election, Steve.

Did you see that Pennsylvania expanded mail voting with a 2019 law that was heralded as a bipartisan compromise since it was passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature and signed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf. It later became a target for Republican criticism when then-President Donald Trump falsely criticized mail voting as a source of widespread fraud.

Why are The Republicans running from the work, they did all because of what TRUMP said?

Steve Williams Saturday, April 29th 2023 at 3:35AM

Ron, did you not look at the dates on the articles I posted? They are about the 2020 Presidential election.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, April 29th 2023 at 10:07AM

After rereading the article, I see what you mean. What did the official Pennsylvania government do about that case, Steve?

Steve Williams Saturday, April 29th 2023 at 2:37PM

Voting by mail-in or absentee ballot is safe, secure, and easy.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, April 29th 2023 at 7:47PM

Your point is, Steve? Do you want me to repeat the question or what?

Steve Williams Monday, May 1st 2023 at 2:13PM

That's the most current information I have Ron. I'm not sure it's a settled matter.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Tuesday, May 2nd 2023 at 10:37AM

Do you see anything misleading or deceptive in this website, that was provided by The State of Pennsylvania to use to provide Vote by mail-in or absentee ballot, which is safe, secure, and easy for all Pennsylvanians to use freely?

Steve Williams Saturday, May 6th 2023 at 1:02PM

Ron, I have not changed my belief that there's only one correct way to vote, that being in person, on a single specified election day.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Saturday, May 6th 2023 at 1:47PM

Steve, I asked you a question and that question is again: “Do you see anything misleading or deceptive in this website, that was provided by The State of Pennsylvania to use to provide Vote by mail-in or absentee ballot, which is safe, secure, and easy for all Pennsylvanians to use freely? “

Steve Williams Saturday, May 13th 2023 at 8:51PM

Yes Ron, I do.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, May 14th 2023 at 12:03AM

Then point out for the readership, here at Black In America, this misleading or deceptive directions things that you see at this website: https://www.vote.pa.gov/Voting-in-PA/Pages...

Can you fulfill my request and point out those misleading or deceptive direction at this website?

Steve Williams Monday, May 22nd 2023 at 8:00AM

The deception is that there is nothing safe or secure about mail-in voting. Of course they are not telling the truth on that website and 2020 is the proof Ron.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, May 22nd 2023 at 5:40PM

Steve, you are right 2020 is the PROOF and nothing you have shown me to this day will turn back the hands of time to say Trump WON The Office of The President of The United States of America or that website is not secure.

You can't even show me or anyone else this BULL 🦨 of yours, WOW!!!

Steve Williams Sunday, July 2nd 2023 at 6:54PM

Ron, people will cheat when they can and mail-in voting gives them the opportunity to vote anonymously. There is no way to verify the identity of a voter in the same way there is for in-person voting.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, July 2nd 2023 at 7:27PM

Let me see what you are saying here. Steve, do you believe Trump won the election between Biden and Trump for the presidency of The United States of America? 🇺🇸

Welcome back....Steve

2 Month Vacation to the Caribbean?......Did you get a good tan?

**************************************************************************************************************************************

..and a hearty deaCON BULL 🦨 to the deaCON ...

Steve Williams Wednesday, July 5th 2023 at 12:30AM

Ron, what I'm saying is that in 2024, in the rematch between Trump and Biden, this time Trump will win, because you will not have the same bag of sneaky tricks that you had in 2020. Forewarned is forearmed, and 2020 was the warning.

Steve Williams Wednesday, July 5th 2023 at 12:37AM

Robert, I didn't realize it had been that long. I just got absorbed in a project I was working on. I do think a lot about a Caribbean vacation though, I'm with you there.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, July 5th 2023 at 2:22PM

Welcome back as well Steve.

YOUR WORDS: The same bag of sneaky tricks that you had in 2020.

MY REPLY: What Sneaky tricks are you referring to Steve, that kept Trump from winning reelection over Biden?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, July 5th 2023 at 8:47PM

Steve, Where did you go? I'am still looking for the answer to this question: "What Sneaky tricks are you referring to Steve, that kept Trump from winning reelection over Biden?"

From what I can see Steve, It was Trump who stopped Trump with all of those LIES he was telling.

Trump LIED and said, he won the election between him and Biden and he has not shown his proof.

Steve, do you believe Trump won the last presidential election between Trump and Biden?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, July 5th 2023 at 10:10PM

WOW! He is gone...
