One day, a few years after his last fight...we were invited; by Lou Rawls to dinner...

Lou's Stutz got a flat tire...the closet garage was a Korean garage...

..We arranged for the Korean Manager to fix car later...

Ali asked him to come with us to dinner if he could drive us in a 1959 Chrysler that was parked in the garage...

..Chrysler was dirty and cracked windows but Ali's father had one like it and we road to classy restaurant, valet parked the car

and had "the Greatest" dinner and evening with Lou and two Korean Mechanics......

When you say: We were invited; by Lou Rawls to dinner...

Are you talking about yourself as well?

I understand that Russians and many Chicagoans have englishChallenged lives...

..the phrase I related to deaCON

"..One day, a few years after his last fight...we were invited; by Lou Rawls to dinner.."

WE is a pronoun that means more than 1..with the speaker including self in the english sentence...

**********************************************************************************************************************************

..In Spanish, a predominate language in California I would have written...

".. Un día, unos años después de su última pelea... Nos invitaron; de Lou Rawls a cenar.."

..If I was communicating with Russians about this event in my life, the life of Muhammad Ali and Lou Rawls

**************************************************************************************************************************************

".. Однажды, через несколько лет после его последнего боя... Нас пригласили; Лу Ролз к обеду.."

**************************************************************************************************************************************

If deaCON needs a translation to ghetto

... I am afraid I cannot speak that american language degradation...

Mr. Robert Powell, asked you only this question: “ Are you talking about yourself as well being invited to this joyful event?

That’s all I asked you.🫵🏽
